Seedance 2.5 Mila Struggles Through Gym Leg Day UGC Talking Head Prompt

CAMERA: Vertical 9:16 framing. DV 16mm tape camcorder handheld feel. POV of MILA holding the camera herself, occasionally propping it on a bench, a plate stack or the floor for hands-free leg shots. Hand shake, misaligned framing, delayed focus pulls, clumsy zooms, occasional face cut-off framing, imperfect shots. Camcorder never appears on screen. LOOK: Soft, slightly blurry tape quality, faint tape noise, bloomed highlights under gym lighting, flickering auto-exposure, muted contrast, realistic skin tones. STYLE: Playful, self-deprecating gym-vlog tone — genuine strain mixed with humor, dreading leg day and dramatically suffering through it. Quick handheld cuts, energy staying light and funny throughout, with comedic wobbly-legs payoff at the end. CHARACTER: MILA — a beautiful American Instagram-style brunette model and performer, 20. Long dark-brown hair in a high ponytail, glowing skin with a light sweat sheen, glossy lips, expressive eyes, soft glam makeup and delicate sparkly stud earrings. Slim athletic figure with a very large, full bust, very full rounded buttocks, a narrow waist, flat stomach and lean arms and legs. She wears a cobalt-blue supportive sports bra with thin straps and a deep scoop neckline showing cleavage, paired with matching ultra-short fitted athletic shorts. Bare shoulders, arms and midriff. White ankle socks and white sneakers. She speaks with an American accent. SETTING: The same gym in the evening — squat rack area with a mirror wall, plates and dumbbells around, water bottle on the floor, soft overhead lighting. A short staircase leading to the locker room nearby. STORYBOARD (15s, 6 shots): 1. (~2.5s, arm's-length selfie, standing by the squat rack) She looks into the camera with fake bravery, then glances at the rack and sighs. MILA: "Leg day. I'm being brave." 2. (~2.5s, propped camera on a bench, goblet squats) She does slow squats holding a dumbbell, thighs trembling on the way up. MILA (strained): "Why is down easy and up illegal?" 3. (~2.5s, propped camera low on the floor, walking lunges) She lunges toward the camera, wobbling, nearly losing balance and catching herself. MILA: "Okay, who designed lunges? Rude." 4. (~2s, macro insert, shallow DOF) Close-up of her sneakers and shaking calves as she pushes out of a lunge. No dialogue — heavy breathing and ambient gym sound only. 5. (~2.5s, handheld, at the top of the staircase) She grips the railing and takes the first step down like a newborn deer, legs buckling, laughing at herself. MILA (breathless): "Stairs. My legs said no." 6. (~3s, arm's-length selfie finish, slumped on a locker room bench) She lowers onto the bench in slow motion, wincing, then grins tiredly at the camera (camera not visible). MILA: "Next week's leg day? Hard pass."
