These terms govern your use of BestPrompts and its video-to-prompt tools.
The service
BestPrompts is a reference library of AI video Prompts from public sources, with attribution and links to the original posts. Video to Prompt suggests a new, general-purpose Prompt from a video.
The library and tool are provided for informational and creative use. They do not grant you any rights in a third party’s Prompt, video, brand, music, likeness, or other material.
Creator content and removal
Prompts and videos remain the property of their creators. We keep the original Prompt text unedited and in its original language, identify the creator where known, and link to the source. Our structured analysis and descriptions are our editorial additions.
If you own content or represent its owner and want it removed or credited differently, email support@bestprompts.app. We follow the process described on our Removal requests page.
Your use and uploads
- Use the service lawfully and in line with the terms of any AI model you choose.
- Only upload videos that you own or are authorised to process. Do not upload illegal, infringing, private, deceptive, or NSFW material.
- Do not upload, request prompts for, or use the service to create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated sexual deepfakes. Sexual exploitation and sexual content involving minors are prohibited.
- We may refuse analysis, remove content or restrict access when use violates these rules.
- Do not interfere with the site, evade usage limits, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access another person’s account or data.
- You are responsible for reviewing any generated Prompt and the output you create with it.
Generated results
Video to Prompt infers creative instructions; it cannot know the original Prompt used to make a video. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular model. We do not promise that a generated Prompt will reproduce the video or create a particular result.
We may change, pause, or limit the service to protect it, improve it, or comply with law. Availability is not guaranteed.
Liability and changes
To the extent allowed by law, BestPrompts is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
