Removal requests

If you want something removed, email us and we will take it down. We act first and review afterwards, normally within 48 hours. You do not need an account, and you do not have to explain why. We remove the entry, its external video and image references. The original post and video on X remain under their creator's and X's control.

How to request a removal

Send one email to support@bestprompts.app containing the URL of the page you want removed. That is enough. A link to the original post works too.

If you are writing on behalf of someone else, say so. We may ask for confirmation, but we will not delay the removal while we do.

What happens next

  1. We remove the page. The entry is dropped from our data and the site is rebuilt without it.
  2. We remove media references. We remove the entry's external video and image references. We cannot delete the original media on X.
  3. We record the removal. We keep a record of the removed source so that it is not republished when we rebuild the site.
  4. We reply to confirm that it is gone.

What we publish, and what we do not

Prompts
Reproduced verbatim from the original public post, never edited and never translated. Every page links back to the original.
Video
Your browser loads the original video directly from X's media servers. We do not store a video copy for playback. Availability depends on the original source, and copyright remains with the creator.
Cover images
We load cover images directly from X. If an original cover is missing or cannot be loaded, we display a placeholder. We do not download or store cover copies.
Authorship
Every page names the creator and links to their profile on X, plus a link to the original post.
Our own addition
The structured breakdown (subject, action, scene, camera, lighting, colour, duration, aspect ratio, audio) and the written descriptions are produced by us from the prompt text. If any of it is inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it as readily as we would remove it.

Licence and redistribution

  • Prompts and videos belong to their creators. We publish the prompt text as it was written and link to the source; we do not sell it, and we do not grant anyone a licence to redistribute it.
  • We show the original video alongside its prompt to connect the prompt with its result. Linking to the source does not grant a licence to reuse the creator's content.
  • Our own output (the structured parameters, the descriptions, the translations) may be quoted freely with a link back to the page.
  • Using a prompt is your call: generation is governed by the terms of whichever model you run it on.

Credit changes

Creators who would rather be credited differently — a different display name, a link somewhere else, or attribution without our breakdown — can use the same address. Credit changes are not removal requests: the page stays, the credit changes.
