Seedance 2.5 Korean Woman Lifts a Falling Gym Weight Cinematic Realistic Prompt

THE WOMAN WITH HIDDEN POWER — OLD KOREAN GYM Create a 30-second ultra-realistic live-action cinematic video set in South Korea in the late 1990s. The footage should feel like an authentic old Korean movie captured on a vintage camcorder, with natural acting and realistic physical movement. SETTING AND VISUAL STYLE: An old neighborhood gym in 1990s South Korea. The gym has worn wooden floors, old metal weight machines, faded posters on the walls, analog clocks, fluorescent ceiling lights, and large windows. A few Korean men and women are exercising in the background. The atmosphere feels nostalgic and authentic. MAIN CHARACTER: A young adult Korean woman wearing a simple 1990s gym outfit: loose T-shirt, athletic pants, and old-style sneakers. Her hairstyle, face, and outfit must remain consistent throughout the video. SCENE SEQUENCE: 0–5 seconds: The woman is exercising on a weight machine. In the background, a Korean man is using an old heavy weight machine. He struggles to control the equipment as he lifts a heavy weight. 5–9 seconds: The machine suddenly malfunctions. A heavy metal weight stack slips and begins falling toward the man. He loses his balance and gets trapped beneath the moving equipment. Other gym members notice and react with alarm. 9–13 seconds: The woman immediately stops her workout and rushes toward him. She sees the heavy weight descending dangerously close to his body. She reaches out with both hands to stop it. 13–18 seconds: A subtle red energy glow begins appearing around her hands. The glow becomes slightly brighter as she struggles to hold the heavy weight. Her muscles tense and her expression shows real effort. She slowly lifts the weight just enough to free the trapped man. The energy effect should look like a faint red glow, not a huge magical explosion. 18–23 seconds: The woman carefully lowers the weight machine back into a safe position. The rescued man crawls away from underneath it. Two gym members rush over and help him stand. The woman steps back, breathing heavily. 23–27 seconds: The man looks at the woman in disbelief and gratitude. Other gym members gather around him and check if he is injured. The red glow around her hands slowly fades away. 27–30 seconds: The woman quietly looks down at her hands, realizing what just happened. The camera captures the old gym, the shocked faces of the people, and the woman’s mysterious expression. REALISM AND CONTINUITY: Photorealistic live-action footage, authentic 1990s South Korean gym environment, natural Korean characters, realistic body mechanics, subtle red energy effect, believable weight movement, cinematic handheld camera, vintage MiniDV texture, slight film grain, muted colors, natural facial expressions. The weight must visibly fall toward the man before the woman intervenes. She must physically reach the machine, stop its movement, and lift it enough for the man to escape. Keep the same gym, characters, clothing, and equipment throughout. No teleporting, no sudden cuts, no exaggerated superhero movements, no cartoon effects, no modern gym equipment, no text overlays.
