Seedance 2.5 Korean Woman Bench Presses for a Gym PR UGC Talking Head Prompt

CAMERA / STYLE Authentic early-2000s DV camcorder footage with a nostalgic 16mm tape look. Handheld shaky camera, imperfect framing, occasional focus hunting, motion blur, analog grain, tape noise, muted colors, blown-out gym lights, and realistic skin texture. Raw, spontaneous, documentary-style footage, not cinematic. The camcorder is never visible. TONE Playful gym vlog gradually building into an intense personal-record attempt, ending with genuine excitement and relief. Natural expressions, realistic breathing, background music that fades during the lift. CHARACTER The same young Korean woman in her 20s from reference image 1. Preserve her face, hairstyle, body proportions, and identity across all shots. Long black hair in a high ponytail, slim athletic physique, fitted cropped long-sleeve gym top, matching high-waisted leggings, sneakers, and a white towel around her neck. SETTING A realistic, moderately occupied commercial gym in the early evening, with mirrors, benches, squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, a smartphone, and a Bluetooth speaker. 0–3s: Camera rests near a mirror. She walks into frame, smiles, adjusts her ponytail, and poses playfully. “Okay, I finally got a new gym fit.” 3–5.5s: Handheld close-up of her showing the outfit fabric and sleeves. “I actually love this one.” 5.5–8s: She selects music on her phone and looks approvingly at the camera. “Alright, let’s get this workout started.” 8–10s: She stretches and dances spontaneously to the music, laughing. No dialogue. 10–12.5s: She notices a heavier weight plate and looks nervously at the camera. “Maybe I should try something heavier today.” 12.5–14.5s: Close-up of her loading plates onto the barbell, with a metallic clank and brief autofocus adjustment. 14.5–17s: Close-up as she tightens her ponytail, takes a deep breath, and focuses. Light sweat appears. “Okay... don't overthink it.” 17–19.5s: Side angle as she lies on the bench, adjusts her shoulders, and grips the bar. Music fades; breathing becomes audible. 19.5–22.5s: Low side angle. She unracks the bar, lowers it under control, pauses, then pushes it up with visible effort. “Come on... you’ve got this.” 22.5–24.5s: She safely racks the bar, breathes heavily, and sits up in disbelief. 24.5–27s: Handheld close-up. She covers her mouth, laughs, and smiles at the camera. “Wait... did I actually get that?” 27–30s: Arm's-length selfie. Sweaty and flushed, she smiles and pumps her fist triumphantly. “That was a PR! Best workout ever. See you next time!
